This Cookie Policy explains how WEBTURES LTD. (“Brantial”, “we”, “us” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on the Brantial public website and authenticated application. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.
Using the website does not by itself mean that you consent to optional cookies. Non-essential analytics technologies are disabled by default and are enabled only when you make that choice through our consent tool.
1. Scope of This Policy
This Policy covers technologies that store information on, or access information from, your browser or device when you use Brantial. The public website and authenticated application do not use exactly the same technologies: the application requires session and security cookies to provide login and protect requests, while public-site analytics remains optional.
The inventory below reflects our verified implementation at the effective date. A third-party site that you visit through a link from Brantial controls its own cookies and should provide its own information.
2. What Cookies and Similar Technologies Are
A cookie is a small text file stored by a website in your browser. Cookies can remain only for the browser session or persist until a stated expiry date.
Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, tags, and software development kits. In this Policy, we describe them together because data-protection and electronic-communications rules can apply regardless of the technical method used.
- First-party technologies are set or read from a Brantial domain.
- Third-party technologies are operated by another provider used by Brantial.
- Session technologies expire when the session ends.
- Persistent technologies remain until their expiry or until you remove them.

Cloudflare may also use short-lived, strictly necessary security technologies when a request triggers bot, abuse, or challenge protections. Whether these are set, their names, and their duration depend on the security event and configuration. They are not used by Brantial for advertising.
We do not currently deploy Meta Ads or Google Ads cookies on the Brantial public website. A payment provider may use its own essential fraud-prevention and checkout technologies when you visit or interact with its payment flow; those technologies are controlled by that provider and are not loaded as public-site marketing cookies.
4. Essential and Optional Technologies
Essential and user-requested technologies support security, sessions, consent records, and interface choices you request. The Service may not be able to sign you in, protect a request, retain your cookie choice, or remember a selected interface preference without them.
Analytics technologies help us understand how visitors use the public website so we can measure and improve it. Google Analytics is configured through Google Tag Manager and receives analytics storage permission only after you consent.
Advertising storage, ad-user data, and ad-personalization permissions are denied by default. We will update this Policy and request the required consent before introducing advertising cookies or a new optional purpose.
5. Third-Party Services
The relevant providers for the technologies described above are:
- Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager: optional website measurement and controlled tag delivery. Google Analytics is not granted analytics storage before consent.
- Cloudflare: hosting, traffic delivery, abuse prevention, and security.
- Stripe or another identified payment provider: payment processing and fraud prevention in its hosted or embedded payment flow.
These providers may process technical identifiers and usage information under contracts with us and, where they act independently, under their own privacy notices. Our Privacy Policy explains international transfers and broader data sharing.
AI providers do not need to be listed as cookie providers merely because they process a Brantial request. They are described in the Privacy Policy where relevant to personal-data processing.
6. How to Manage Your Choices
On your first visit, you can accept analytics cookies or continue with essential technologies only. You can reopen Cookie Preferences from the footer at any time and withdraw or change your consent as easily as you gave it. Withdrawing consent stops future optional storage and processing; it does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
You can also delete existing cookies and local-storage entries through your browser settings. Browser controls vary, and blocking all cookies may prevent application login or other requested functions from working.
Your choice applies to the browser and device on which it was made. You may be asked again if you clear site data, use a different browser or device, or if our use of technologies materially changes.
7. Legal Basis and Data Protection
Under the UK’s Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), we use storage or access without consent only where it is strictly necessary to provide a service you request or where another applicable exemption applies. We request consent before using non-essential analytics technologies.
Where information collected through these technologies is personal data, our lawful basis under applicable data-protection law is generally:
- performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, or legitimate interests for essential security and service-operation processing, depending on the context; and
- consent for non-essential analytics processing.
For more information about your rights, recipients, international transfers, and retention criteria, see the Privacy Policy.
8. Changes and Contact
We review this inventory when tags, providers, application cookies, or purposes change. We will update the effective date and, where required, ask for fresh consent before a new optional technology is used.
Questions about cookies or your choices may be sent to hello@brantial.ai.
