WORKFLOW

Turn visibility findings into a work plan.

  1. 01 Review

Consider monitored questions, answers, and sources together.

  2. 02 Prioritize

Choose the content or information gap to address.

  3. 03 Improve

Review the proposed change or draft and define the work to implement.

  4. 04 Track

Assess changes in later measurements against equivalent scope and reporting conditions.

PRODUCT DIRECTION

Our next step extends from visibility to shopping outcomes.

Researching a product and selecting one to add to a cart under specific conditions create different requirements. The latter needs product attributes, variants, pricing, availability, and the action’s result to be considered together.

Brantial’s product direction brings these needs into one vision. Alongside visibility and content workflows, we aim to add testing of tasks from product information to the cart, with verification of the improvements made.

AGENTIC COMMERCE · DEVELOPMENT ROADMAP

The operating model we are developing for agentic commerce.

The capabilities below describe planned product scope. Availability, access, and connection support will be documented for each capability separately.

Workflow: Understand Test Improve Verify

Planned areaIntended workflow
Product and offer data Assess product attributes, variants, pricing, availability, and delivery terms alongside their sources.
Task testing Check product selection for a defined shopping request, with cart accuracy testing in authorized test environments.
Issues and priorities Connect a finding to its product, task, and action step; identify the next action and its rationale.
Corrections and approval Present the current value, proposed change, supporting evidence, and target system for authorized review.
Verification and follow-up Check the change in the target system, retest the relevant task, and track recurring issues.

The initial scope covers product selection through to a test cart. Executing payments and completing orders are outside this starting scope.

ILLUSTRATIVE SCENARIO · PLANNED WORKFLOW

An example of the planned workflow.

ILLUSTRATIVE SCENARIO · PLANNED WORKFLOW
“Choose waterproof walking shoes in size 43, within my budget.”
  1. Identify the missing information. If the catalog’s waterproofing attribute is empty, the product’s suitability for this requirement cannot be verified.
  2. Review the source and proposal. If an approved manufacturer document confirms the attribute for the exact model, a correction can be proposed. Without a source, the field remains awaiting verification.
  3. Check the approved change. After applying the change through a supported, authorized connection, read the target catalog again. Evaluate the same selection task once more.

The data correction and task outcome receive separate results. Asking for clarification or stopping may be the correct task behavior when information is missing.

This scenario illustrates the product approach; it is not a released screen or a measured customer result.

OUTCOMES

Evaluate each area against its own outcomes.

AreaEvaluation focus
SI visibility Visibility in monitored questions, citations, competitor differences, and changes observed after content work.
Agentic commerce: planned Product and variant accuracy, offer consistency, test-cart accuracy, appropriate stopping, and improvements verified through retesting.

An increase in visibility does not establish that a shopping task was completed successfully. Results should be assessed with their task, source, timestamp, and measurement scope.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Frequently asked questions

Does Brantial continue to offer SI visibility features?

Yes. SI visibility, source analysis, and content improvement remain part of our current product focus. Agentic commerce is our direction for further development. Review today’s plans for access and scope.

Can brands without an online store use the platform?

The SI visibility area addresses your presence in monitored answers and content opportunities. This use does not require a shopping cart or product catalog. The initial focus of agentic commerce is product information and shopping tasks.

Are agentic commerce features included in my current plan?

This section describes our development roadmap. Access conditions, pricing, and plan coverage for new capabilities will be announced when they become available.

Do my existing analyses become shopping task tests?

Examining SI answers and executing a shopping task to check its outcome are separate capabilities. Future task tests will require supported connections, suitable data, and separate action permissions.

How will changes be applied in the planned model?

The supporting evidence and target of a change are presented for review first. Applying it requires authorized approval and connection permissions. The target system and relevant task are then checked separately.

Address today’s needs. Prepare for the next step.
