HIRING PROCESS
Four Steps, Two Weeks, a Reply to Every Candidate
Travel costs are covered for every interview candidate, in or out of town.
Application and Portfolio
Show the work instead of the CV: a GEO case, a repository, a content archive. First reply within 48 hours, and every application is answered.
Team Interview
You talk to the teammates you would work with, not a manager. Nobody gives orders here; a good idea outranks a title, and you get to test that in the first call.
Paid Case Study
Half a day on a real, anonymised customer problem. The work is paid whether or not you join.
Culture Day and Offer
A day at the office, foosball included. The offer arrives the same week; the salary band is printed in the listing and does not move with negotiation.
SELECTED RITUALS
From the Serious to the Silly, All in Force
No Orders
Nobody gives orders, the boss included; requests raise quality, and volunteering comes first.
Silence After Hours
Managers may not discuss work outside hours; an evening message is a culture violation.
Menstrual + Mental Leave
Twelve days of menstrual leave per year for women, and mental leave for everyone.
Extra Leave Days
Four extra leave days a year for non-smokers, and birthdays are a full day off.
The Language Raise
Learn a foreign language after joining and earn a +10,000 TL raise.
Parent Rights
Ten days of paternity leave, and a monthly check-up day for expectant mothers.
Same-day Payment
Supplier invoices are paid the same day, and a weekend payday moves to Friday, not Monday.
The Foosball Rule
The foosball loser treats the team, and we do not teach table tennis to newcomers — we just beat them.
